Transformation does not come from force.
It comes from meeting the unknown within you so fully that the darkness no longer resists being seen.
— Zachary Pike Gandara

Zachary Pike Gandara is the founder of BreakBox Coaching, a self-mastery ecosystem designed to help individuals dismantle unconscious patterns, integrate the shadow, and build lives rooted in clarity, integrity, and inner sovereignty.

Zac’s work is grounded in Jungian psychology, archetypal pattern analysis, nervous system regulation, and transpersonal development. Rather than offering motivation or inspiration, he specializes in helping people see the internal structures that shape their behavior, especially the unconscious strategies formed through attachment, trauma, and identity conditioning.

His primary gift is precision.

Zac has an exceptional ability to identify repeating psychological patterns, ego protection cycles, and relational dynamics that most people cannot see from inside themselves. He then translates these insights into clear, usable frameworks that allow clients to understand how their inner system actually works, and how to change it from the root.

BreakBox Coaching is built on the principle that lasting transformation does not come from insight alone, nor from emotional catharsis, but from accurate diagnosis, conscious integration, and disciplined embodiment. Zac teaches clients how to decode their inner world, regulate their nervous system, and relate to their psyche with discernment rather than reactivity.

Clients often describe working with Zac as clarifying rather than comforting. His presence acts as a mirror, revealing what has been unconsciously driving their thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. From there, the work becomes practical, grounded, and self-directed. The goal is not dependency on a coach, but self-trust, self-leadership, and internal coherence.

While Zac is deeply versed in transpersonal psychology and unconscious patterning, his work remains practical and results-oriented. Insight matters only insofar as it can be applied to real-world decisions, relationships, and leadership. Every BreakBox framework is built for embodiment, not ideology.

In addition to his coaching work, Zac serves as Vice President of Community Engagement for ThriveHub Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to building ethical, collaborative ecosystems for mission-driven founders and leaders.

Zac works best with individuals who value depth, honesty, and precision, and who are ready to take responsibility for their inner architecture. His work is not about fixing what is broken, but about restoring order where confusion once lived.

This is not self-help.

It is self-mastery.

Good to meet you…

I’m Zac, the human behind BreakBox Coaching.

I work with high‑awareness humans who feel like they’ve outgrown their old boxes—religion, roles, careers, identities, relationships—but don’t yet know how to live from the deeper truth they can feel inside. I blend incisive coaching, somatic grounding, and powerful inner journeys to help you meet yourself at a soul level, see the patterns running your life, and actually change them.

My background as a former pastor, spiritual explorer, and lifelong intuitive means I’m just as comfortable talking trauma, theology, and nervous systems as I am talking guides, energy, and mystical experiences. I read the “blueprint” under your story—your future possibilities, your gifts, and the places you’re still hiding from your own power—and walk with you as you reclaim them.

At the core, I’m about one thing: helping you return to your own inner guidance so you can live, love, and lead as who you really are, not who you were told to be.

The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.
— Carl Gustav Jung

Born from Pain, Built for Freedom: How BreakBox Came to Life

BreakBox Coaching exists because I lived through everything I now guide others through.

I grew up inside a strict religious system that masked control and narcissistic abuse as spiritual guidance. The message was clear: obey, conform, don’t question. That kind of upbringing doesn’t just shape beliefs—it shatters your sense of self. I spent years climbing the ranks to become a mega-church pastor, preaching what I was taught, while secretly feeling the deep inner dissonance of a life that didn’t feel like mine.

In my 20s, I faced a life-threatening health crisis—my kidneys failed due to neglect caused by the same religious ideology that feared medicine. While on dialysis, I spent years studying the Bible in its original languages (Greek, Hebrew, and Aramaic), completing a BA and Master’s in Theology. I read it cover to cover 13 times. And in doing so, I deconstructed the very foundations of the system that shaped me.

My awakening was brutal—but it was real.

Add to that 17 surgeries, a kidney transplant, the pain of divorce, and a long journey from anxious to secure attachment… and you begin to see why BreakBox was never just a business. It was a necessity.

BreakBox is the path I had to create to survive—and now offer to others so they can thrive.

It’s not just coaching. It’s a dojo for self-mastery.

It’s how I help founders, leaders, and changemakers break free from the trauma loops, false identities, and emotional chaos that keep them stuck in suffering and performance.

As a Certified Jungian Transpersonal Practitioner and modern-day shaman, I now lead others into freedom, authentic leadership, and union within. My work integrates Jungian shadow work, nervous system mastery, inner union work, and real-time transformation—not theory.

I now serve as VP of Community Engagement at ThriveHub Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering conscious entrepreneurs. And through BreakBox Coaching, I’ve helped hundreds of leaders evolve into their truest selves—so they can live, love, and lead in alignment with who they actually are.

This isn’t self-help. It’s self-liberation.

The self-help industry is a $40 billion machine built on the belief that you are broken and need to be fixed.

That is a lie.

BreakBox is the remedy.

There is nothing wrong with you.

Your suffering and pain aren’t problems to eliminate—they’re messengers, revealing what your inner world needs in order to heal, grow, and evolve.

Pain is the portal, not the problem.

You don’t need to be “fixed.”

You need to learn the language of your inner world so you can reclaim your power, integrate your truth, and become the master of your own Self.

This is Self-Mastery.

This is BreakBox.
