The Elements: A Men’s Community Service Circle
A weekly men’s circle for grounding, growth, and real brotherhood.
The Elements is a space where men come together to strengthen the inner foundation—through presence, truth, and spiritual practice—so growth isn’t just “talk,” it’s embodied.
Each week we work with the core elemental energies:
Fire — courage, direction, clean aggression, aliveness
Water — feeling, grief, intimacy, emotional sovereignty
Air — breath, clarity, communication, truth
Earth — grounding, discipline, structure, integrity
This is not a performance space. It’s a place to put the mask down, get honest, and be met by other men who are doing the work.
What to expect: ritual + reflection, grounded sharing, spiritual leadership, and community accountability.
Who it’s for: men ready to evolve—emotionally, relationally, and spiritually.

Is this a religious group?

No. While we work with spiritual practices and the "elemental energies" (Fire, Water, Air, Earth), we are not affiliated with any specific religion. We focus on universal principles of integrity, presence, energy and emotional sovereignty that apply to any man, regardless of his personal faith.
What do you mean by "Ritual + Reflection"?

Ritual is simply an intentional way to mark a transition or create focus. In our circle, this might look like a guided breathwork session, a shared silence, or a specific prompt to drop the "work mask." Reflection is the honest sharing that follows, where we get real about where we are leading and where we are lagging.
Do I have to be "spiritual" to join?

You just have to be willing to be honest. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or a total beginner to "men's work," the only requirement is a desire to grow and a willingness to show up for your brothers.

We meet every Second Wednesday at the El Vortex in South Seattle. The door will be unlocked until 6:35, please come in, remove your shoes, and join us.
